No one asked me, but...

When I moved out of my old apartment, I left my forwarding address, and of course they had my phone number on file.  It has been about four months since I moved, and I never heard any correspondence from them and I assumed that all was well.  I drove by a time or two when I was in the neighborhood and I’ve seen that someone else moved in.

So imagine my surprise and utter anger when I opened the mail today and saw a collections agency says I have a $123 balance from them.  The apartment complex turned it over to them without ever giving me a chance to respond, and now I’m left to deal with a collections agency.  Someone’s going to pay besides me.

Screw it, I’m naming names - if you live in Lexington, Patchen Oaks Apartments will screw you over.
