I had the bright idea to incorporate some circuit training into my workout. My idea was this:
Run 3 laps (approximately a quarter mile), followed by:
10 pushups
10 tricep dips on the guard railing
10 squats
10 second plank
Repeat 5 times

I hate running, but the right shoes make it...
I only do it because it’s a way to build up endurance to do other things well that I enjoy. My attitude towards it is always like Anne Perkins in Parks and Rec where she says ‘I know running keeps you healthy, but god, at what cost?’
Still, I’d like to be able to run at least a 5-10k at some point if for no other reason than lack of personal shame. But I never get past...

I called my old apartment complex and the girl I talked to told me that the old manager left and apparently slept for the last month she worked there. Apparently, two or three other “mistakes” popped up that she left.
I’m happy and relieved that it looks like all is taken care of, but I was looking forward to ripping someone a new one.
