You can also make it if you pour heavy cream into...
And shake it for a while.  It takes longer and requires a lot of arm stamina, but it’s less phallic than a shake-weight, so there’s that.

Circuit training is hard, you guys (Sorry for the...
I had the bright idea to incorporate some circuit training into my workout.  My idea was this: Run 3 laps (approximately a quarter mile), followed by: 10 pushups 10 tricep dips on the guard railing 10 squats  10 second plank  Repeat 5 times This doesn’t sound like a lot, but when you’re out of shape, doing that with minimal breaks is hard.  I have a feeling I’m going to be...

andthenitsperfect replied to your post: Whatever happens, Mississippi is the worst i dread starkville. Like, in a “circle the game on the basketball schedule” way, or just dread being within 100 miles of the place?  Because both are equally bad, IMO.

I hate running, but the right shoes make it...
I only do it because it’s a way to build up endurance to do other things well that I enjoy.  My attitude towards it is always like Anne Perkins in Parks and Rec where she says ‘I know running keeps you healthy, but god, at what cost?’ Still, I’d like to be able to run at least a 5-10k at some point if for no other reason than lack of personal shame.  But I never get past...

ashley's helping me with wedding plans
imthedivineashley: reallykatie: so far the only wedding thing i’m good at is assigning serious tasks to hilarious animals. HOPE YOU GUYS ARE READY TO PARTY. When I commit to something, I really commit. NO PROBLEM. I’LL PLAN YOUR WEDDING. WHAT’S THAT? YOU LIKE ANIMALS? SOUNDS GOOD. We’re going to have the wedding of the century, apparently.

“I have had a high heel in my ear once, been shot in the back of the head with a champagne cork, and thank God we wear headsets,” said “Captain” Dave MacDonald. He is the co-president of Flamingo Air and pilots many of the flights. And those are just some of the stories the pilots are willing to share. But many others, as well as the mile high client list, will stay in...

apsies: “It’s a Biblical principle. If you double a teacher’s pay scale, you’ll attract people who aren’t called to teach. To go in and raise someone’s child for eight hours a day, or many people’s children for eight hours a day, requires a calling. It better be a calling in your life. I know I wouldn’t want to do it, OK? And these teachers that are called to teach, regardless of the pay scale,...

“I swear this is a true story. I went to a high school in LA and you crashed our prom after party (Universal Hilton). You ended up taking the virginity of a girl named Roseanna. You didn’t call her afterwards. She cried a lot. Do you remember any of this and can confirm or have you been so knee deep in hollywood pooty for so long that this qualifies as a mere blip?”

My wrath is spared -- for now
I called my old apartment complex and the girl I talked to told me that the old manager left and apparently slept for the last month she worked there.  Apparently, two or three other “mistakes” popped up that she left. I’m happy and relieved that it looks like all is taken care of, but I was looking forward to ripping someone a new one.
